Making reservations before you visit the Island is not always necessary depending on the time of the year. However The Gentle Island of Rejuvenation becomes very busy during the summer months and accommodations are not always available. Never worry about a place to stay when a reservation is confirmed at Greenvale Acres. Our guarantee at time of booking is that you have a confirmed booking; we never over book, change your room, or make a mistake that will leave you in a tent.

1. By phone: call with your name, phone number, arrival date, number of people in your party, and length of stay.
   • please have your ready when calling 1-866-964-2597.
2. Go to the on-line vacancy system and email us and receive a confirmation number with your reservation.
3. Fill out the reservation information below and email us.

• To confirm your reservation and hold your room, we require a valid Visa or MasterCard #.
• Cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will result in a one day charge.
• Changes (-) to the number of guests in your reservation will result in a full fee.
  Example: A guest books Beverly Hills room for 3 people however only 2 people arrive; you will be charged for the 3^rd person.
• Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full.
• We realize that circumstances may arise causing changes within the 30-day limit. However, being a small business, we must maintain our cancellation policy due to a short tourism season.
• Confirmation of room is made at the time of booking, by phone or by e-mail.
