1 2/3c sugar 2/3c evaporated milk 2 tbs butter 2 c mini marshmallows 1 1/2c Chocolate,peanut butter or butterscotch chips 1/2 c chopped nuts |
Combine sugar, milk and butter in large heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils vigorously. Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stir until chocolate and marshmallows melt. Pour into 8-inch square cake pan. Store in fridge.
Makes about 2 lbs
