Raisin Bread Pudding
Ingredients Putting it together

6       slices raisin 
        bread cubed
1/2 c   dry raisins
2 c     milk
2       eggs
1/4 c   sugar
2 tsp   vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Mix bread and raisins in a 9 X 13 buttered pan. Mix milk, egg, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and pour over bread cubes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake uncovered 350o   for 50 minutes
Serve with ice cream hot or cold, or with rum sauce.
