Snow Mousse
Ingredients Putting it together 

2 c	heavy cream
1 1/2c	powdered sugar
1.5 tsp	vanilla
1	large bowl of
	clean snow



Combine cream, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in snow gradually adding more snow until mixture is thick and creamy. Sugar and flavourings may be added.
