2 c flour 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/4c shortening 1 c milk |
Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening with two knives. Mix in the milk, just enough to make a soft not sticky dough. Press with palm of hands to 1 1/2" thick and cut with the ridge of a glass.
