A childhood memory of a Victorian Rose miniature tea set compelled me to decorate a small but tasteful parlor in my Bed and Breakfast. The afternoon Tea wasn't complete without a lace dangled sideboard, a China Tea cup display, many hand embroidered lace-trimmed linen napkins, a corner hat rack with Victorian hats awaiting company, and a special scrapbook menu set aside the table tops.
