Cindy and Guy have many years in the hospitality & tourism industry particularly with preparation in the food industry. The tearoom has a delightful ambiance and provides a full breakfast, an afternoon tea as well, an evening meal. We offer an abundance of speciality teas and have spent countless hours mastering the art of fine coffee & tea. I welcome you to savour my teas and espresso, cappuccino, latte, or my speciality grandma's cream cap. We take pride in what we serve to our guests using locally grown products.
Guest Supper MenuI'm happy to welcome you to sit down and have an evening meal with us. Evening meals can be pre-arranged at time of booking or by advance 3-hour notice. Some items are subject to availability. Below is a sample "Evening Meal" selection. The entree of the day is accommpanied with salad/dessert/beverage:
Salads
Romaine lettuce, crispy bacon, homemade croutons, and grated parmesan cheese. Topped with creamy caesar salad dressing.
Garden Salad
Iceberg lettuce, tiny tim tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and onions. Topped with salad dressing.
Starter
Mexican layered Dip and corn chips
Main Dish
Grilled chicken breast rolled in a seasoned coating, topped with tomato bruschetta
served with fluffy white rice and vegetables
Fish Fillets
2 Oven roasted pieces of fish fillets.
Boneless baked with herbs just right to season
served with PEI mashed potatoes and vegetable
Two Cheese Lasagna
Grandma's recipe of rich cheddar and mozzerella baked lasagna
served with lightly toasted seasoned onion bread
Macaroni & Cheese
Grandma's favourite cheddar cheese sauce oven crisped crusty top
served with a roll
Dessert
one scoop of vanilla ice cream
topped with a single shot of espresso
